To try out the SonarQube platform, follow the Try out SonarQube guide.

Install a production instance

To install a production instance, read the requirements, and then follow the installation guide. 

After the installation

After your server is up and running, you'll need to install one or more Sonar scanners on the machines where the analysis will be performed.

To upgrade your production instance, read the upgrade guide and the relevant, version-specific upgrade notes.
